The Diet Plan

Remember we want a lifestyle change so treat yourself every once and awhile but in moderation, don’t treat to often until you reach your goal. Then set a new one.

A sample diet plan would look like this:

Morning:
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
Bowl of oatmeal

Mid morning:
1 medium potato
Light salad
1 can tuna

Lunch:
Chicken breast or turkey
1 cup rice
1 cup green beans

Mid day:
I had my workout here so I had a protein shake. You can do that or have a chicken breast or turkey.

Dinner:
Chicken breast, steak, or turkey
1 cup green beans or brocili
1 potato

That is the diet that helped me lose 27 pounds!

You must exercise if you want to achieve your weight loss goals! You don’t have to spend hours in the gym, no one does! If you don’t want to go to the gym at all you don’t have to just become active. You need to exercise for at least 10 minutes 3 times a day or once for 30 minutes.
