You must eat and drink water!

Hello everybody! Sorry about not posting for a couple of days, Im a wrestling coach and we had a 2 say tourney. Not Fun. Anyway We had a couple of wrestlers barely make weight at the tourney's weigh in. When I asked them how they have been cutting weight they told me they were not eating and not drinking water. I could not believe it. We do not encourage our wrestlers to cut weight in the first place but if they are they have to do it right. Even if you're not trying to lose weight you should maintain a healthy diet. Lets just say they didn't do very well because they had ZERO energy. Not eating will make you will lose weight but its not at all healthy and you can only do that for so long before you get sick or even die. We don't want that, we want to be healthy and fit. So please eat people! Eat every 2-3 hours, this keeps your metabolism in high gear!

Drink WATER! We need water to live, that should be reason enough to drink water. For some people its not one benefit of drinking water is that it helps in the break down of food, water helps take nutrients through your body. No one wants to be Dehydrated so DRINK WATER! Dehydration can cause joint pain, stomach pain & ulcers, back pain, low energy, mental confusion & disorientation. Unless your a little weird Im sure no one wants these things to happen to you. So drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. Another benefit of water is it acts as your bodies cooling system. You wouldn't want you car to run out of engine coolant, thats what water is, the bodies coolant so have plenty of it!
