Just taking a pill Isnt enough!

Like the title says simply taking a diet pill will not cut it. Remember you goal shouldnt be to be just thin. That girl you see at the mall that is rail thin, she probably isnt healthy. So that should be your goal, to be healthy NOT thin. To be healthy you do not have to be on a super strict diet. You want to have a lifestyle change. Instead of having an entire sleeve of cookies take 2 or 3 and walk away. Develope will power! If people see you do something like that they will think to themselves wow they're serious, and thats a nice feeling. Dont totally eliminate carbs either if you do you will lose your mind, believe me! Try to keep your carb intake early in the moring to early afternoon then lay off.
